Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Wow what a delicious soup! I didnt add milk as i like my soups thick - instead added a few dolops of low fat sour cream also added broccolli the first time as i was running low on spinach! Preferred using less spinach version. A hit with the whole family so i have to make a couple of batches a week
Substituted arugula for spinach ,used large onion,2 medium ,potatoes,2 chicken breasts, no bouillon,no salt,no cornstarch, and added flavor with Mr. Dash, herbs and black pepper. Delicious!
I made this and is yummy. I used non fat milk and fat free half & half and added dried veggies with mushrooms. Really good.
needs a bit of salt, but wow is it good!
Good, but is very time intensive. I added 1T of Tasbasco, parsley, and used 2c. low sodium chicken broth and 2c. low sodium vegetable broth instead of the water. Also, 2c. nonfat milk rather than 2%.
Doesn't seem worth the effort.
Will definitiely try this one and try to reduce the sodium and fat even more.
Sounds very good - I will tweak to make it lower carb. But I know I'm going to love this.
I will use low sodium, fat free chicken broth to lower the sodium in this recipe. I will also use red potatoes and leave the skins on for 2 reasons - my family loves the skins (on red potatoes they are tender and yummy and that is where a lot of the vitamins and nutruents are. Thanks for the recipe!
Very good. I used fat free chicken broth instead of the boullion and water.
I really liked this soup! Even though it looks like a bubbling swamp. I used a box of frozen spinach, and 6 oz of chicken breast. I made it without the cornstarch. And it made 8 cups. So I figured it out as 8 servings. 106 calories. And, great on the nutrition. Thanks.
