Ingredients

2 serving Aldi's Fit & Active Turkey Bacon (1 slice)
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
.50 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
1 stalks Celery, cooked
1 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI)
1 grams Bay Leaf
.50 tsp black pepper, coarse ground (by KENINBUTTE)
1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
16 oz Shrimp, cooked
3.5 serving Aldi's Happy Harvest Diced Tomatoes - 1/2 cup (121g)/serving - 3.5 servings per 14.5oz can (by THENEWKAREN)
60 gram(s) Casa Mamita - Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, Original (121g / .5 C) (by SCHNELLD) (use as substitute)
Directions
**Note use the Casa Mamita diced tomatoe & green chilies can ONLY as a substitute for hot pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Otherwise it will be flaming hot!
Cook bacon in large skillet over med heat until crisp. Place on paper towel to drain. Crumble when cool. Remove and discard contents from skillet except 1 dripping. In the skillet cook chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper and chopped celery for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes with juice from can, bay leaf, black pepper. Worchestiresauce and hot pepper sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minuutes. Add shrimp and bacon and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and discard leaf before serving.
