German Cherry Pie - easy and fast German Cherry Pie - easy and fast

    125 g margarine
    125 g sugar
    a dash of salt
    4 drops lemon baking oil
    3 eggs
    200 g flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp milk
    350 cherries, pitted


1. Mix flour and baking powder.

2. Mix ingredients (apart from the cherries. Put in a 10 inch greased pan.

3. Put cherries on top.

4. Bake in preheated oven at 350-400°F for 40-50 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
