Either make wonton wrappers from scratch or buy the ones in the store. Use about 1 heaping tsp of the filling per wrapper. Makes about 60 dumplings. Once you wrap them put them in a large pot of water. Once they've floated to the top and turned slightly transluscent- about 5-8 minutes (depending on how big they are- and I wanted to make sure the filling was cooked all the way) place in a collander to strain.
