Introduction

This is a yummy, high in protein main dish that can be eaten as a burger or alone with a salad or fresh veggies (my option)
This is very similar to a crab cake and can also be made with canned chicken or canned salmon.

This can be eaten as one serving or split into two depending on your needs.

Ingredients

    One 6oz. can Tuna (in water) drained (yields approx. 5 oz. tuna)

    8 honey wheat pretzel rods (1oz.)-crushed

    1/4 c. Egg Beaters (2oz)

    crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
    paprika (to taste- about a TBS)
    dill weed (to taste)
    garlic (2 tsp)
    celery seed (to taste)
    splash of lemon juice




Directions

Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Form into patties and cook on a skillet sprayed with cooking spray until browned on both sides.
