Ingredients

21 Graham Crackers
1 Large Box (2.1 Oz) Jello Fat Free Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding
2 Cups Skim Milk
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
8 oz Cool Whip Free
1/3 c chocolate chips
2 T Skim Milk
Directions
Makes 15 servings
Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy (room temp is best). Prepare pudding mix with 2 cups skim milk (going short versus the directions for additional firmness). Let set for 2-3 minutes. Mix the pudding with the cream cheese until combined. Fold in cool whip.
Melt the chocolate chips and 2T skim milk over double boiler, cool slightly.
To assemble:
Lay out 7 graham cracker sheets in the bottom of 9x13" pan. Cover with half the pudding mixture. Top with another layer of crackers. Cover with the remaining pudding mixture and top that with the remaining crackers. Drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over the top and let sit in the refrigerator for four hours prior to serving.
