Ingredients

    2 medium Carrots, raw, chopped
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw, chopped
    7 oz Eckrich - Smoked Sausage(pork,turkey,beef), sliced
    4 drumstick, bone and skin removed Chicken Drumstick
    1 cup Tomato juice, without salt added
    455 gram(s) Beans, Canned Navy Beans, Bush's (1/2c = 130g, 3.5 serv per 16 oz can) UNDRAINED
    1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    0.5 tsp Oregano, ground
    3 tsp (C) Garlic, minced (by SHEILAHARVILLE)
    0.17 tbsp Basil
    1 cube Chicken bouillon

Tips

Cooking time is for 10 hours on low.


Directions

Place undrained beans, vegetables, spices, bouillon cube and tomato juice in bottom of slow cooker. Add sausage and chicken drumsticks. Cook on low 10-13 hours or high 4-5 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
