Introduction

Apples simmered in Orange juice with no added sugar. Apples simmered in Orange juice with no added sugar.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 large red delicious apples, cored and sliced, (may remove skin or not)
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/2 tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions

1. Place orange juice in small sauce pan or skillet over medium heat.

2. Add apple slices and spices.

3. Sautee until apples are tender or desired texture. (About 10 minutes).

4. Enjoy!
