1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
6.0 serving Chicken of the Sea, Premium Crab (2.5 oz)
2.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
3.0 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
1.0 serving Rice Crackers, Edward & Sons Brown Rice Snaps, Unsalted Plain (8 crackers)
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Crush crackers into crumbs and combine all ingredients in a bowl except olive oil. Form into 10 patties and fry in olive oil for about 2-3min per side in a medium high pan.
