    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 wheat bran
    2/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
    3 small banana's
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup skim milk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients with all wet ingredients, bake for 40-45 minutes
