Ingredients

    2 tsp Spice World Garlic Minced
    .25 serving Onion
    7.5 oz John Soules Foods Fajita Chicken
    3 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    12 tbsp Tostito's Restaurant Style Salsa
    0.75 cup Sargento 4 cheese Mexican off the block
    1.5 cup Wild Oats Organic Black Beans
    chili powder
    jalapeno sauce
    salt and pepper

Tips

make sure the fajita chicken is thawed out


Directions

pre heat oven to 400
cut open peppers and set in a baking dish
heat up coconut oil in skillet and sautee onions and garlic
add chicken, black beans, spices and salsa
cook about 5 minutes season to taste
place mixture into peppers and cover with foil
cook for 30 min or until peppers are soft
remove foil add 1/4 c of cheese on top of each pepper
cook for an additional 5 minutes or until melted.
serve
