Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    2 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise
    3 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    2 tbsp Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2 serving Cheese - Kroger Medium Cheddar - 1 slice
    2 serving Tomatoe, Fresh 1 thin slice
    1 serving Great Value Hamburger Bun

Directions

Drain tuna and mix with mayo, mustard, relish, and shredded carrots in bowl. Portion out equal portions on half hamburger bun or other bread. Top with a slice of tomatoe and slice of cheese of choice.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts and bun toasts.

Serve with vegetable or potato side. Shredded carrots can be replaced with a broccoli slaw or other hardy/crisp vegetable, finely diced or shredded.

Serving Size: Makes 2 half melts
