Introduction
These are made using the "master mix" which I have also shared.Enjoy these not too sweet muffins, add some cornmeal for corn muffins(with a little extra water) or anything you want really just make sure you do the calorie counting. I have done it for carrots but not the cheese (optional) 136 calories per muffin with 5 grams of fat, not too bad for a delicious muffin! Ingredients

3 C Master mix
1 C water
2 Tbsp golden brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup grated carrot
(1/4 cheese optional)
Directions
makes 12 muffins
1. stir sugar into master mix
2. mix egg and water together
3. add to dry ingredients and stir until moisened and add your carrot and optional ingredients
4. fill greased muffin tins or muffin cups abotu 2/3 full.
5. bake at 400 Farenheit for 20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean
6. Cool and enjoy
