Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    28 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
    907 grams Green Beans (snap)
    400 grams Mushrooms, fresh
20 gram(s) Kirkland Minced California Garlic
    200 grams Onions, raw
3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend

Tips

I don't have a skillet large enough for this amount of food, so I usually play musical bowls and switch from the pan to the bowl and then mix all of the veggies in the bowl at the end with the Mrs. Dash.

Directions

Blanch the Beans for 5 minutes (you'll need to prep them first, I just snap or cut off the ends)

saute the onions and garlic in the oil and add the beans.

After about 5 minutes, stirring periodically, add the mushrooms.

When the mushrooms look done, the dish is done.

Serving Size: Makes 7 servings of about 200g each.
