Ingredients

    3 cups spring mix salad greens
    1/2 cup cashews
    cut up pre-cooked & cooled chicken breast
    low cal honey mustard salad dressing
    chopped onion
    any other beggies you like added: carrots, celery, water chestnuts, peppers, etc.

Directions

Put greens & veggies in 2 bowls. Put cashews & chicken breast on top. Dip your fork in the dressing & spear a mouthful of salad. This helps to cut down on dressing calories!
