    74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    6 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN)

Directions

1) chop up vegetables
2) dump in crock pot and cook on low 4-6 or high 2-4 hours
