Introduction

Ingredients

    1.50 cup Milk, nonfat
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 package (10 oz) Peas and carrots, frozen
    2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    2 tbsp Blue Bonnet Margarine
    4 serving (4 oz) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, (16 oz or 1 lb)

Directions

Boil chicken breast in about 2.5 cups of water seasoned with Mrs. Dash(optional) for about an hour. Remove from heat carefully cut in to bite size cubes then place in a 13 x 9" baking dish. Add one 10 oz bag of frozen peas and carrots evenly with chicken. In a bowl whisk broth and cream of mushroom soup together, pour over chicken cubes and peas and carrots. In the same bowl mix 2 cups of Bisquick and 1 1/2 cups of skim milk whisk until moist but still lumpy pour over chicken mixture. DO NOT STIR, Dice 2 TBS of margarine and place dabs over biscuit mix. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or top is evenly browned. When this bakes the broth and mushroom soup gets creamy and the biscuits layer is on top. Let set about 10-15 minutes after removing from oven. Serve and enjoy
