Ingredients

    .25 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    5 tbsp Smart Balance Omega Light Buttery Spread

    4 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    8 tbsp Daisy lite Sour Cream
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    40 gram Raisins, Sweet Harvest, Aldi brand
    1 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
    1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    1 cup Oatmeal, Quick cooking oats (uncooked)
    1 cup Oatmeal, Quick cooking oats (uncooked)
    1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 tsp Salt

Directions

--There are 2 sets of crumb/crust mixes.

--Mix sour cream, strawberries (thawed), raisins, vanilla and egg. Set aside.

--Each crust is 1 C flour, 3 T juice, 5 T Smart Balance, 1 C oats, 1.2 t baking soda, 1/4 t salt and 1/2 t cinnamon. You are making 2 crusts/crumbles. One for the bottom and one for the top.

--Bake at 325 for 40 min.

Enjoy--makes about 12 servings of about 1/2 C each
