Introduction

Love this meal. Got the recipes from a family member. Very easy to make, and my kids love it. You can add fresh garlic also. (OPTIONAL: BEEF STOCK) Aluminium food is needed to cover the food. You can also add mozzarella cheese if you like.

Ingredients

    1.25 serving GREAT VALUE WHOLE WHEAT EGG NOODLES
    1 serving Aldi Stewed Tomatoes
    0.25 tsp BADIA POLVO DE CURRY POWDER
    0.25 cup Cheese, Sharp, Cheddar, Kroger, Shreded
    1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    0.5 cup HAPPY HARVEST CREAM STYLE SWEET CORN
    0.5 cup HAPPY HARVEST DICED TOMATOES
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 dash Salt
    0.25 tsp TONE'S TUSCAN GARLIC
    4 oz Turkey, Cahill Pure Ground 15% fat
    0.25 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
    1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tsp Thyme, ground

Directions

1. Chopped onions, bell pepper. Preheat oven for 350
2. Heat olive oil and add onions. Allow to cook and add ground turkey season with salt, curry, & thyme. Let it cook until the ground turkey is no longer pink. Add beef stock to cook for some minutes.
3. Add the bell pepper and stir, cook for another minutes .
4 Clean and set your aluminium pan and pour the ground turkey in the pan. Add cream style corn by spreading over the ground turkey, add diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, and tomatoes sauce spread over.
5. Add egg noodle and spread over.
6. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 35 minutes or until the noodle is soft.
7. After baking add shredded cheese and bake again until cheese is melted.
8. Served and enjoy.
