Ingredients

2 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
8 clove Garlic
4 anchovy Anchovy (anchovies)
2 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh
3 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted
3 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
2 tbsp Oregano, ground
1 tbsp Pepper, black
Directions
Pre heat oven to 425. In a 9x9 baking dish add tomatoes (canned or fresh diced), smashed garlic cloves, anchovies, and diced fresh chilis. mix well in the baking dish then cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven add olives, capers, oregano and pepper. Mix into sauce then bake uncovered 10-15 minutes. Salt to taste
Serve over pasta sprinkled with fresh parsley and parm
