Introduction

Ingredients

    4lb can of Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in Water, DRAINED (3lbs when drained)

    1 White Onion, Chopped
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
    8 Large Eggs
    2 cups great value grated Parmesan cheese

    Season Salt to taste.

Directions

Combine All ingredients in a large bowl.
Grab about 1/2 cup of the mixture and roll it into a patty.
Place the patties on wax/freezer paper and freeze.

Once frozen, store extra patties in a ziploc freezer bag.

To cook:
lightly grease a pan with olive oil, turn on stove to med./high heat.
Once the oil is hot enough, place the patty in oil, cook for 2-5 minutes on each side.
Patty is done once it is golden brown.
