    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
    1/2 cup green onions, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1 small can peas, drained
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled into pieces


Layer lettuce, green onions, celery, and peas. Mix together mayonnaise and sugar. Pour over top of salad. Top with bacon and cheddar cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
