Ingredients

2 cups uncooked Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni
1 pound chicken breasts cut into one inch pieces
1 tsp coconut oil
10 oz package grape tomatoes
1 package sliced mushrooms (2 cups)
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup half and half
1 jar aldi pesto (7 oz)
Directions
Boil noodles until al dente. Salute chicken in coconut oil and 1 tsp of pesto sauce until cooked. Remove chicken from pan. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, wine, remaining pesto, and half/half to pan and cook vegetables until slightly tender. Add cooked noodles and mix thoroughly. Add cooked chicken and mix again until everything is evenly coated with pesto sauce.
Serving Size: Makes 6 large bowls
