Introduction

Low fat fix to fish cravings. Low fat fix to fish cravings.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.6 lbs Tilapia
    4 tbs Country Crock Light
    1 Lemon small
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    dash Pepper
    1 tsp Garlic

Tips

Server with your favorite condiment, rice, and a nice green salad. As always feel free to change up the seasonings, make it yours, and ENJOY!


Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Place thawed Tilapia fillets in a baking dish. evenly divide butter over the fillets. Sprinkle pepper, garlic and italian seasoning over each. Roll lemon to soften then cut in half and squeeze desired amount over fish. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 20min. Uncover and bake for another 5 min.
