Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup canola oil
    2 squares unsweetened dark chocolate (2 oz)
    1/2 cup egg beaters (or 2 eggs)
    2/3 cup sugar
    3 TB skim milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp equal or sugar substitute
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix baking soda, salt, equal and flour
2. mix sugar and egg substitutes and milk together with apple sauce and oil
3. add wet ingredients into dry ingredients
4. stir in vanilla
5. melt chocolate squares and stir into batter
6. spray 8 x 8 pan with cooking spray
7. bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven

Don't overbake

serves 9 large brownies!
