A yummy smoothie, great to start the day. Ingredients

    1 cup apple juice (unsweetned)
    a handful of fresh spinach
    frozen fruit, about 1/2-3/4 cup, any kind will do or a fresh banana
    1 tablespoon flax seed oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.

Makes 1 large serving.
