Ingredients

    450 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    1 serving Green Giant Chopped Spinach
    1 serving Egg white, large
    2 tbsp Basil
    .0625 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup

Tips

Before you add the spinach to the mixture, use your hands to squeeze as much water from the spinach as you can after it is thawed.


Directions

Mix 1 lb. chicken, 1 pckg of frozen chopped spinach (thawed), 1 egg, 2 tbsp basil, 2 tablespoons of almond flour, sprinkle of salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and make small balls with the mixture and place on parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 25 small meatballs
