This is a great meatball recipe, you can always make them smaller or larger to suit your taste. As to seasonings, my suggestion is to play with that. Ingredients

16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
3/4 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
4 slices Sara Lee light bread (45 cal per slice)
1 cup grated Zucchini
1 1/4 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
2 1/2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Pepper, black
2 tsp Oregano, ground
4 clove Garlic
Tips
I make up a batch and freeze just the meatballs for future meals and then make the mushrooms when I am ready. I have also frozen 1/4 c serving size marinara sauce to use later.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Take bread and put in processor make into crumbs.
In a large bowl add turkey, crumbs, egg beaters, onions, zucchini and seasonings, combine completely. Makes 25 meatballs (by weight about 1 oz). In a large skillet heat 1 tsp olive oil and add 1/2 of the meatballs and brown on both sides. Set on a baking sheet which has been sprayed with Pam. then repeat with remaining meatballs. Put them on the baking sheet. Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
In skillet add last 1 tsp of olive oil add mushrooms saute lightly. Heat marinara sauce.
Plate with 5 meatballs, 1/4 c mushroom and 1/4 c marinara sauce. You can serve with a nice salad and if you like 1 cup spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles*
* Zucchini noodles take a medium zucchini per serving take a peeler and peel the zucchini. place on microwave safe plate and microwave for 1-2 minutes until just done.
