Introduction

Ingredients

2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked
2.0 tsp Garlic
1.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
3.0 oz Shrimp, cooked
2.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
1.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw
0.25 serving 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) - 1 cup
0.25 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked
Directions
Nuke the frozen Cauliflower for 4 minutes. Also add frozen precooked shrimp to warm water to defrost if they are still frozen
Start half of butter cooking in a skillet.
Whisk eggs together with a pinch of salt.
Add cauliflower to food processor and let it go until the cauliflower looks like rice. Usually only takes a few pulses.

Remove egg from skillet and slice into strips.
Put the rest of the butter into the skillet.
Chop cilantro and onion and jalapeno
Add minced garlic to the butter and stir fry for a few moments.
Add tamari to the butter and continue mixing.
Add cauliflower to the skillet and allow to cook for a minute.
Add seasonings and the rest of the veggies to the skillet and cook for a minute.
Add shrimp and tamari and allow to cook for 30 minutes of so.
Now it's done, bon appetit
