Ingredients

    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    5 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1/2 large onion, finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/3 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
    2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Seasoning
    1.5 cup vegetable broth
    1.5 cup unsweetened unflavored almond milk

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a dutch oven. Cook the celery, onion and garlic until translucent, about 7 minutes. Add the flour and nutritional yeast and cook for one minute. Slowly add the broth and milk, about a 1/2 cup at a time, while stirring. Allow to come to a light boil and simmer for a few minutes. Season liberally with salt and pepper, to taste.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 servings, depending on how much you want.
