    0.25 tsp Salt
    4.0 fl oz Water, tap
    0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.5 cup Flour, white
    3.0 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    8.0 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    8.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    3.0 tbsp apple pie spice


Prepare crust by aerating sugar, flour and salt. Next cut in butter until crumbly like peas. Add 4 TBSP Ice water. If needed add last TBSP. Then wrap dough and place in fridge for 30-45 min while prepping filling. Cut, peel and core all apples. Make slices thin. Then add butter to pan and melt over medium, add apples then spice and sugar. Sautee until tender and adjust to tatse. Roll out crust and place in turnovee form. Add apples and press. Bake 350 for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on a greased baking tray. Turn once half way in between. Serving Size: About 12
