Ingredients

    12.0 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini
    1.0 stick Butter, salted
    2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    4.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes

Directions

Saute onions in butter. Add squash and saute. Add all tomato products. Lower heat and simmer for an hour, stirring frequently. Add parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!
