Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.5 cup Tofu, firm
    0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked
    30.0 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    2.0 tsp Mae Ploy Red Thai Curry Paste
    1.0 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms
    0.33 cup Simply Asia Thai coconut milk

Directions

Add oil to the pan. And all of the tofu and vegetables diced sliced or cut the way you like. Saute the tofu and vegetables. Add the coconut milk and Thai curry paste.
