Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    32 oz Shrimp, cooked
8 serving Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta - Linguine - 2 oz. dry
2 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tbsp Kerigolds Irish salted butter (by LOVELYSMILE1493)

Tips

Prep time depends on what shrimp you get, whether you need to peal and devain it, thaw it, etc.. Same with the spinach. Frozen spinach will take longer to cook. With frozen spinach, cook time is about 30 minutes. Prep time is however long it takes you to get the ingredients together!

Directions

cook pasta, drain and set aside
(if using frozen spinach, also cook, drain and set aside now)
add olive oil, butter, red pepper flakes, garlic to pan and let simmer
add shrimp, salt, and pepper, and cook until just pink, don't overcook
add oregano and stir
(if using fresh spinach, add now and stir until wilted)
add pasta
garnish with parsley and parmesan to taste
