Ingredients

    8.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Sautee onions and zucchini in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. When zucchini is soft, remove from heat and puree with a stick blender or in a traditional blender. Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, about 1 1/2 cups
