Introduction

This is my homemade vegetable pizza made from scratch. This is my homemade vegetable pizza made from scratch.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

1.5 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
    0.75 tsp yeast - fleischmann's rapid rise 1/4 tsp (0.8g) (by BEPHOEBE)
    .75 tsp Granulated Sugar
    .75 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
.66 cup warm water (by CTRYAN5733)
    50 grams Black Olives
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.5 cup Contadina Pizza Sauce
.5 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded

Directions

Put Bread Flour, Yeast, Salt and Sugar into the stand mixer.
Add Olive Oil to the Warm Water.
Turn stand mixer on and let it mix up the dry ingredients for 20 seconds. One the dry ingredients are well mixed, start slowly adding the water/oil mixture until the a dough ball is formed and pulls away from the bowl. Most times you should have a little water mixture remaining. Let the mixer knead the dough for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add some Olive Oil to a glass bowl and put the dough ball in it. Toss the ball around to get the outside covered with oil. Cover bowl and let rise in a warm dry place for an hour.

Preheat oven to 425.... Baking Stones are preferred but not a requirement.

Punch down the dough ball, stretch it out, and top as desired.
I cover edges with olive oil or a melted butter and garlic mixture for flavor.

Place the Pizza in the oven and check it after 13 minutes.
