    2 cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    2 cans diced tomatoes - no sodium
    1 can Hunt's NSA Tomato Paste, 5 oz
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 Onions,diced
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tsp Garlic Minced GV in jar
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    2 lbs Italian Sausage, pork
    1 1/2 boxes Great Value Rigatoni Pasta, 12 0z
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta according to directions on the box and drain.
Remove casings from Italian sausage links.
in a large skillet add olive oil and heat pan. Add italian sausage, minced garlic, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. Cook until sausage is done and veggies are tender. Drain and return to pan.
Add tomato sauce, tomato past, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano and pepper. Simmer about 10 minutes while pasta is cooking.
Combine pasta and sausage mixture in a large bowl. Pour into an extra large casserole dish. Cover with mozzarella cheese evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and dinner is heated all the way through.
