Introduction

This is a great macaroni salad, cold or hot, justy the right amount of sweet and spicy. This is a great macaroni salad, cold or hot, justy the right amount of sweet and spicy.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    16 oz box macaroni
    15 oz can potatoes
    15 oz can corn
    15 oz can peas
    10 oz can tomatoes & green chilies
    12 oz can tuna
    1 cup light mayo
    1/4 cup ranch light
    1/8 cup brown sugar
    1 packet fried rice seasoning

Directions

Boil water, and cook pasta as directed, right before pasta is done, add all veggies and tuna, and let veggies cook, about 5 minutes.
Drain
Mix seasoning packet into mayo, and add dressing and brown sugar, mix well.
Add mayo mixture to pasta mixture, and mix well.
Can be eaten warm, or put into fridge for cold salad.
Makes 14 - 1 cup servings
