Ingredients

    2.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cup Half and Half Cream
    2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D

Tips

You must make sure sugar is completely dissolved before adding in the heavy cream or the ice cream will be grainy.


Directions

In a large bowl, mix sugar, vanilla extract, half and half, and egg beaters together until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add heavy cream and mix well. Pour mixture into ice cream canister of an electric ice cream machine and add whole milk until canister is 2/3 full. Process according to machine's instructions.
