Ingredients

* 1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and DRAINED
* 3/4 cup warm water
* 1.5 tablespoons honey (or molasses, but nutritionals are figured with honey)
* 1.5 tablespoons nonfat margerine spread
* 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1.5 teaspoons salt
* 1 cup rye flour
* 2 cups bread flour
* 1.5 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Directions
Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic bread cycle, 1.5 pound loaf. A thinner slice should easily yield 12 servings, but nutrition information is calculated based on a slightly thicker slice.
