Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)

    *Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1 serving

    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed

    *8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk, 8 oz

Directions

Break Banana into pieces, add to blender with all other ingredients and blend to your desired consistency.

This is a great breakfast full of nutrients that will get your day started right.
