2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour (2 tbsp serving) (by ADDICTED2DONUTS)
4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 1tsp Coconut Oil
1 serving Bannana
0.5 cup Pineapple crushed in unsweetened pineapple juice (by STEVELINDER)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
1 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave
Directions
heat up the coconut oil in fry pan and med low
In Blender blend eggs then add vanilla ,agave. and banana. Then add the 2 scoops of whey protein powder, and coconut flour. Blend again then check the thickness. It should be like pancake batter, if not add more coconut flour or protein powder. Blend again, then cook like pancakes slowly med low, flip after you get several bubbles in pancakes gently.
