Ingredients

1 serving Chicken Out 1/4 Dark Chicken Thigh and Leg (no skin)
4 cup Tomato Sauce
3 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 clove Garlic
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 serving Cubanelle Pepper (by JAMIE323)
1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
3 tbsp Parsley
1 1tsp Olive Oil
Tips
This is an economical dish. It can be modified by adding basil or oregano, or eliminating the shallot.
Directions
Heat oil in large pan. Season and brown chicken legs; remove. Add chopped onions, shallots and garlic and cook until onions are translucent. Add peppers and cook for 3 more minutes. Then add back in all ingredients and simmer for 90 minutes or longer, stirring occasionally.
