    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    172 gram FlatOut FoldIt Flatbread - Rosemary & Olive OIl

Directions

thinly slice beef, salt and pepper it. add to oil heated in skillet, cook until no longer pink, adding garlic if preferred.
remove beef, add sliced red and green peppers and onion. saute until tender. warm bread, divide meat and pepper mix evenly between four flat breads.
