Ingredients

    1.25 C Almonds ground
    0.75 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 cup Butter, salted
    30.0 gram stevia
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    50.0 g dark ghana 70% choc

Directions

Combine ground almonds, coconut, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl beat together egg, stevia, butter and vanilla. Add in dry mixture and mix until combined completely. Add chopped chocolate and mix. Roll into 20 balls and flatten slightly in greased tray. Bake 12-14 mind at 160 deg C, fanbake. Let cool completely on tray.
