Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Cauliflower, raw
    2 tsp Garlic
    1 1tsp Coconut Oil
    1 Cup Dairy-Free, Daiya, Mozzerella Style cheese
    1Cup water
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

In a sauce pan, saute garlic in 1 tsp. coconut oil on med -low heat for about 2 minutes until fragrant , not brown.
Add 1 C. water with the cauliflower. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer about 10 minutes or so until cauliflower is very tender.
Empty contents into a blender or food processor.
*make sure to allow the steam to escape from the top of the blender or the processor. A build up of steam can blow the top off a blender and burn you.
Start to blend on low speed, add 1 cup of the Daiya cheese.
Increase speed to high. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serving Size: Serving size is 1tbsp. Makes 1 1/2 cup of sauce, or 24 tbsp
