Ingredients

    2 C. raw cauliflower florets (very small pieces)
    2 C. raw broccoli florets (very small)
    1 T. dehydrated onion flakes
    1/4 C. chopped walnuts
    1/4 C. chopped dried cranberries
    6 T. Ken's Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing

Directions

Clean and chop fresh broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and place into 2 quart bowl. Add chopped walnuts, cranberries and dehydrated onion flakes. Toss with onion dressing and let flavors marinate for several hours or overnight.

Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
