Introduction

Ingredients

    4 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    3 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN)
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp Basil
    S & P to taste

Tips

**Spinach can be added wilting it before adding the garlic.
**Cherry tomatoes can be cut in half and added towards the end also.

This was created as a low sodium version. You can add additional spices to jazz it up.


Directions

In a small saucepan heat oil slightly, add garlic. Saute garlic until it is lightly browned. Add basil, if desired. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Combine pasta (your choice) and garlic, Salt & Pepper to taste. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
