Introduction

A Potage is a vegetable soup like a cream but it as no dairy :) For quick calculations- I used the Patak Sauce Madras - I like my homemade madras recipe too... Then I know all the ingredients- Paleo friendly! Ingredients

    340 gram(s) Mann's Rainbow Salad
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw , diced
    100 Grams Broccoli, fresh
    0.25 cup Patak's Madras Sauce
    1 tbsp Curry powder

Directions

1- sauté the vegetables (onion first then add the rainbow salad and finish with the broccoli) in a large saucepan. 2- add one cup of water. Reduce to a purée in the food processor. 3. Return to the saucepan and add the madras sauce and curry. Add 4 cups of water and bring slowly to a boil. Enjoy!!!
