    40 grams Butter, unsalted
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw finely chopped
    1 clove Garlic , crushed
    2 oz Brazil nuts (6-8 nuts - 1 oz) ground
    2 oz (10-12 kernels) Macadamia Nuts ground
    2 oz Pine Nuts ground
    2 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds ground
    125 grams Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough) crumbed
    1 lemon yields Lemon Juice and zest
    75 gram(s) sage derby cheese (by THE2THDR) grated
    7 oz artichoke heart (by WORDMAN) 1/2 can chopped
    1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw beaten
    chopped parsley, sage, thyme 2tsp each
    salt & pepper


Change the nuts and cheese to create variety


Preheat oven to gas mark 6
Melt butter and cook oniona nd garlic for 5 minutes. Put into bowl.
Add everything else into the bowl. Mix well.
Line a bread tin or place directly onto foil and roll into a sausage. Refridgerate to firm up.
Bake for 25 minutes, unwrap and cook for further 15 miniutes.
